We install or replace customer-provided ceiling fans using existing compatible wiring and mounting boxes. Standard ceiling fan replacement starts at $89. Smart fan setup is $99 when the customer provides the smart fan, remote, receiver, or app instructions.
Light Fixture Replacement
We replace compatible ceiling lights, wall sconces, vanity lights, pendant lights, outdoor light fixtures, and chandeliers using existing wiring and mounting locations.
Fixture Assembly
If a customer-provided light fixture needs basic fixture assembly before installation, we can handle simple assembly together with installation using the existing wiring and mounting location. Ceilings up to 8 ft.
LED Light Upgrade
Want to upgrade old lights to LED? We can replace a customer-provided ceiling light, bathroom vanity light, porch light, lanai light, or exterior fixture with a compatible LED fixture using existing wiring and mounting locations.

Standard prices on this page are for ceilings up to 8 ft. Higher ceilings, stair areas, tall ladders, scaffolding, or difficult access require a quote by text.

No new wiring, new circuits, panel work, drywall repair, high scaffolding work, or modifications are included. If the job is outside the standard scope, we will let you know upfront.
